AC repair and replacement near our shop
Around here the indoor unit and ductwork are often in the attic, and the list above shows it: drain lines, capacitors, circuit boards, coils and ducts. When a system is near the end, we put repair and replacement side by side in writing. New systems come with a free estimate, most installs are done in one day, and we install any major brand except American Standard. See AC repair and AC replacement and installation.
Heating repair in 77064 and the ZIPs around it
Some of the systems we replace near the shop are a gas furnace and AC paired together in the attic, like the October job above. The National Weather Service’s average first freeze at Bush Intercontinental is around December 9, so late fall is the time to make sure the heat comes on. See heating and furnace repair and heat pumps.
Water heaters and softeners for northwest Houston homes
We repair and replace gas and electric tank water heaters and install tankless units, including a water softener on the same visit when you want one. See water heater repair and replacement and tankless water heaters.
Plumbing repairs and re-pipes in the older neighborhoods
Housing age changes a lot within a few miles of us (see below). In the older neighborhoods inside the City, original pipes and fixtures are more likely to be wearing out, and that’s where re-pipes come in. Everywhere, we handle leaks we can reach in walls, ceilings and yards, shut-off and pressure-reducing valves, toilets, faucets, disposals, outdoor faucets, water lines and gas lines. We don’t do slab leak repair. See plumbing repair.
Drains and sewer lines, City or MUD
For a backed-up drain, the camera inspection is part of the free diagnostic and you keep the video. We clear the line, and if the pipe itself is broken we explain the repair options. We don’t jet old cast iron or clay pipe, because the pressure can break it. See drain cleaning, sewer line repair and hydro jetting.
Yearly maintenance, a short drive from Breen Drive
A yearly check catches the small things, like a weak capacitor or a slow drain line, before they shut the system down in July. See AC and heating maintenance for our Turbo Shield plan.
